If you receive an item that is incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size, design, or item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

1.2 Defective Products

If you find that your item has a defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if the defect is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Please provide clear photos of the defect along with your order number for a prompt resolution.

Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not always possible.
